STOKED this morning.
On my morning skate, skateboard not rollerblades "the hardest thing about rollerblading is telling your parents your gay". best line ever and the truth.
So i'm skating to the lab to pick up some film, yes i still shoot film, skated past a news stand in union square and spotted the cover i recently shot of Queen Latifah for Ebony magazine. Took a deep breath, took note of my surrounding and allowed myself to smile and be proud. I have overcome a lot to get to this point in so many ways. You can never tell whats gonna happen in this life and it is quite amazing that way. Big thanks to the one above.
